How do I choose which organisation to refer to?
You can use the website to find out more about local services and choose which you think will best support your needs or the needs of the young person you are referring.
If the service you choose thinks that another service in the group is better placed to meet those needs, they will, with your permission, pass the referral on to them.
You don’t need to do anything.
The service you have been referred to will contact you to let you know they have received the referral and arrange a first session
I am still unsure where to refer to?
How is my personal information kept safe?
Everyone has the right to the protection of personal data concerning them.

What if I am unhappy about a service I receive?
Each organisation has a complaints policy which you can request at anytime if you are unhappy with any aspect of their service.
How long will I have to wait?
Each organisation has their own wait times and once your referral is processed they will be in touch to let you know next steps and wait times.
